My name is Keith Preston and I am the attorney here at Preston Law Office. I was born and raised in Shelby County, Alabama. I am a graduate of Briarwood Christian High School, The University of Alabama and The Cumberland School of Law. I have lived in Alabama for most of my life except for a few years right out of law school where I worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida.

I have been in private practice in Alabama since returning from Florida in 1994. I have represented people from all walks of life and dealing with a wide range of problems that go from a disabling injury to serious criminal charges.  I am licensed to practice in Alabama and Florida.   

I represent everyday people that have been injured or done wrong. I have helped people out of situations when there appeared to be no way out. I have solved problems where there appeared to be no solution. Many times this simply involved never giving up and working until a solution was found. I would like the opportunity to help you too.

For the past 15 years I have focused my law practice specifically on the area of probate, estate planning, Wills and Trusts as well as property and real estate title issues.  I enjoy helping people navigate this rather particular and confusing area of law in what cannot help but be a difficult time in their lives.
